Our Unique Treasures


The unique characteristics of pure water located in the middle of the Po Valley, in the province of Brescia, an area rich in fresh spring water, are the basis of the excellent ecosystem that guarantees Calvisius caviar its authenticity and freshness and make it unique among the most exquisite delicacies of world cuisine. More than 150 acres of freshwater tanks are dedicated to the creation of different varieties of the most valuable sturgeons, allowing the company to hold more than 15% of the world’s production of cultivated caviar.

Fresh Truffles

In nature there are more than 100 types of truffles, of which only a few are edible and, therefore, non-toxic. Almost all types of truffles have only one harvest season, but thanks to increasingly innovative preservation methods, it is possible to find the product throughout the year. However, for optimal use, it is always recommended to consume fresh, freshly picked or seasonal truffles.


Villa de Varda is a grappa that was born in Trentino, in the heart of Piana Rotaliana, where the vineyards at the foot of the Dolomites are kissed by the sun and refreshed by the air of Lake Garda. All of our grappas have an unmistakable flavor: that of the territory from which they come and that of tradition.


Promoter of quality and innovation, Elena Walch contributed to lead the qualitative revolution in Alto Adige, thus gaining great local and international consideration.

The wines are distinguished by their character, elegance and strong personality, combined with the highest professionalism of realization.
